Fit Bits

Today's topic is going to discuss one of the most booming fitness trends of 2015 and that's Fitbits. I love the new fitness trend of wearable technology like fitbits! This is a trend that has been introduced to me just this semester. Ever since I've been in the PAFM track I have become more and more interested in the aspect of fitness. I think it is mind blowing that the fitbits are capable of so much and can really take your fitness to a whole new level if you utilize it. Features of a fitbit include heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, step counter, and many more. If you don't already go make an investment that will lead to a brighter future and healthy fit lifestyle.

  1. The FitBit is one of the greatest inventions of our time! FitBits are an awesome way to set goals to be fit, stay healthy, and be active. You can check your resting heart rate, active heart rate, and even track your sleep! I love the FitBit and look forward to new similar technology in the future!

  2. The FitBit is an amazing physical activity companion! I use my FitBit every day I go to the gym which is about 5-6 times a week. I especially like the fact that I can track the amount of time I spend in the gym, as well as the amount of calories I burn during my physical activities. The Fitbit is a great way to stay on top of your daily physical activity goals and needs.
