Fit Bits
Today's topic is going to discuss one of the most booming fitness trends of 2015 and that's Fitbits. I love the new fitness trend of wearable technology like fitbits! This is a trend that has been introduced to me just this semester. Ever since I've been in the PAFM track I have become more and more interested in the aspect of fitness. I think it is mind blowing that the fitbits are capable of so much and can really take your fitness to a whole new level if you utilize it. Features of a fitbit include heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, step counter, and many more. If you don't already go make an investment that will lead to a brighter future and healthy fit lifestyle.

Road to Glory
Today's Topic is "Road to Glory". Saturday was an exiting day for not only the Slippery Rock football team but to be a member of the Slippery Rock family: the student body, faculty and Community. Saturday we got the news that Slippery Rock eared the No. 2 seed in the Division ll region 1 national playoffs. This meaning the Rock will be the host site for not only one but potentially four games in pursuit of a national championship. The Road to this very achievable goal starts Saturday with a home game with Virginia Union University.

Crunch Time
Today’s topic is “Crunch Time”. There are about 4/5 weeks
left in the semester. Shits getting real. Got the demands of academics and of
football is getting heavier and heavier. My agenda is basically a Tech-Pete
to-do list. Football has now transitioned from regular season play to post
season play. Every game is a must win. Which means that the preparation for the
games has become more and more intense? To me I’ve got one option both
academically and on the field and that’s , get-her done!
